Reading I
Isaiah 25:6-9
A reading from the Book of the Prophet Isaiah
On this mountain the LORD of hosts will provide for all peoples. On this mountain he will destroy the veil that veils all peoples, The web that is woven over all nations; he will destroy death forever. The Lord GOD will wipe away the tears from all faces, the reproach of his people he will remove from the whole earth; for the LORD has spoken. On that day it will be said: "Behold our God, to whom we look to save us! This is the LORD for whom we looked; let us rejoice and be glad that he has saved us!"
Psalm Response
Psalm 116: The Name of God

1. How can I make a return for die goodness of God?
This saving cup I will bless and sing, and call the name of God!
2. The dying of those who keep faith is precious to our God.
I am your servant called from your hands, you have set me fire!
3. To you I will offer my thanks and call upon your name.
You are my promise for a to sec. I love your name, 0 God!
READING II
1 Corinthians 15:20-26,28
A reading from the first Letter of Saint Paul to the Corinthians
Brothers and sisters:
Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.
For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead came also through a human being.
For just as in Adam all die, so too in Christ shall all be brought to life, but each one in proper order: Christ the
first fruits; then, at his coming, those who belong to Christ; then comes the end, when he hands over the Kingdom to his God and Father.
For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.
The last enemy to be destroyed is death, for "he subjected everything under his feet."
But when it says that everything has been subjected, it is clear that it excludes the one who subjected everything to him.
When everything is subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to the one who subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.
Gospel Acclamation I am the bread of life says the Lord, whoever
believes in me will live forever.
GOSPEL
John 6:37-40
A reading from the holy Gospel according to John
Jesus said to the crowds:
"Everything that the Father gives me will come to me, and I will not reject anyone who comes to me, because I came down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me.
And this is the will of the one who sent me, that I should not lose anything of what he gave me, but that I should raise it on the last day.
For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I shall raise him on the last day."
